Other Practice Information

My office is conveniently located downtown Evanston and across the street from Northwestern University.  Both the Davis Street Metra and CTA stops are four blocks away. I offer weekday, daytime appointments with limited evening availability.

*I also offer telehealth sessions

My practice is self-pay, and I am not currently "in-network" with any health insurance plans. If desired, I will provide the necessary paperwork so that "out-of-network" benefits from the insurance plan may be accessed.

I look forward to speaking with you about how I may help! Please call me at (773) 609-0644 to talk further or to schedule an appointment.
